Koncz was interviewed by BoxingScene and had the following to say - "Floyd is the lead promoter on this and the priority was getting this fight made so the fans could get what they wanted and this fans will be the ones to decide after that night who truly is the worlds best fight in this generation, Floyd or Manny."
"Whoever wins that fight will deservingly have that title. Now that we got negotiations out of the way, we got the fight finalized, Floyd made the announcement, we'll start to work on the promotion of it." As far as press conferences go, Koncz stated "We have not come to a conclusion on that, yet."
Koncz also said that there would be no 24/7 or All Access for this fight. "They're not doing that, I don't think it's beneficial. We've discussed that - Floyd, Manny, and I. So what we've decided and what they're going to do - and they've agreed, each network will do a one hour special on their own fighter."
It's being reported that Mayweather will pocket around 120 million and Pacquiao will take home around 80 million.
