Jakov Gospic is out, Emilio Zarate is in as Shannon Briggs’ opponent on Saturday night at London’s O2 Arena.
Briggs’ original opponent was announced as former #1 contender Alexander Dimitrenko (38-2, 24 KOs), who was replaced midweek by Jakov Gospic (17-14, 12 KOs), who was now replaced by Zarate (20-16-3, 11 KOs).
Briggs weighed in at 250, Zarate will weigh in later.
Former world champion David Haye weighed 224 for his bout against Arnold Gjergjaj, who weighed 237
