There are a ton of rumors today surrounding Frankie Gavin. It appears that the Chris van Heerden fight, for May 9 is off. So, who is Gavin going to fight next? I spoke with IBF Championship Chairman, Lindsay Tucker today and he said that Frankie Gavin did not accept the fight with Tim Bradley. "Next in line is Shawn Porter," Tucker stated.
Frankie Gavin is now said to be in talks to fight Kell Brook on May 30 for the IBF Welterweight Title. This is a big fight for both Brook and Gavin. Brook is just coming off a knockout win over Jo Jo Dan on March 28.
