Dan Rafael is reporting that lightweight champion
Terence Crawford, who is moving to junior welterweight in his next bout, will face
Thomas Dulorme on April 18 in an HBO main event. No venue has been set for this bout yet. It is being said
that the fight could be for the title that was stripped from Chris
Algieri.
Both Crawford’s and Dulorme’s promoters are working together
on finalizing the deal.
Crawford (25-0, 17 KOs), is the ESPN.com 2014 Fighter of
the Year. Crawford was supposed to
fight at Madison Square Garden on March 21, but that card completely fell
apart.
