Brian Rose was stopped with a big left hook in his hometown of Blackpool this afternoon by Carson Jones. Rose started the fight fast jabbing his way in and even stunned Jones with a right hook, but seconds later the fight was over. Jones unleashed a barrage of punches that ended with a left hook and finished the fight. The bout was stopped with 28 seconds left in the first round.
Brian Rose stated that he wanted a rematch, but quite honestly, when you get beat like that in the first round, it may be some time before you get a rematch.
