The return of Miguel Cotto is being worked out according Michael Yormark, Roc Nation Sports President.
Miguel Cotto is targeting the junior middleweight division for a comeback. Which is where he fights most of the time anyway with catch weights.
"We are hoping to have Miguel back in the ring before the end of the year. We are working on that now. We are hopeful to have some type of announcement over the next couple of week," Earmark stated to Boxing Scene.
"We are looking at a couple of opponents, but I think it's too early to disclose who we're talking to," Earmark stated.
A fight with Juan Manuel Marquez was targeted, but Marquez wanted a 147 pound limit. He was very adamant about that.
Cotto has not fought since his loss to Canelo Alvarez last November.
