Could the 3rd time be a charm for Chris Arreola?

Chris 'The Nightmare' Arreola (36-4-1, 31 KO's) is getting his third shot at the heavyweight title after showing 2-2-1 in his last five fights and failing another post fight drug test. Heavyweight titlist Deontay Wilder (36-0, 35 KO's) has chosen Arreola to come to his home state of Alabama on July 16th for what will hopefully be an action packed title fight. There have been plenty of rumblings from fight fans who are left to wonder why Wilder walked away from the Povetkin match because of Povetkin's drug test showing a positive result for meldonium, just to turn around and fight Arreola who tested positive for Marijuana in his last drug test. It was the second time in four years Arreola failed post fight drug tests both positive for Marijuana. Why the double standard?
It is what it is and both fighters have said they are prepared to make the best of the situation. Arreola walked away without a win from his last two fights, the last fight ending in a controversial draw against Travis Kauffman which was later changed to a no contest result because of Arreola failing the post fight drug test. In his first title shot Arreola was demolished by Vitali Klitschko in a one-sided 10th round TKO. Arreola's second shot was against Bermaine Stiverne and got KO'd in the 6th round of the fight for the vacated title left by the retired champion Vitali Klitschko. Now for what might be charmed, the third shot is upon Chris Arreola and just like always he is claiming top physical condition saying he is prepared to take Wilder out.

That result would likely be a huge upset although there are boxing fans who are saying that Wilder has yet to prove himself worthy of the heavyweight title not based on wins, but on the opponents he has beaten.
Arreola has shown to be a heavy handed, action packed fighter and this could actually turn out to be a much better fight than expected which is always welcomed and needed in today's boxing world. If Arreola wins he will be the first heavyweight champion of Mexican decent.
Wilder is coming in hot as he has been preparing for Povetkin and should be prepared beyond what is necessary to perform against a usually unprepared Arreola.
