Linares dominates Crolla in Manchester

Jorge Linares dominated Anthony Crolla over twelve rounds in Manchester on Saturday.  Crolla never really seemed to figure out the speed and timing of Linares who looked very good in the fight.

Linares used angles and speed to outbox Crolla.  Crolla was dropped in the seventh by a perfect uppercut.  The uppercut was a big key to this fight as Linares seemed to land it at will.

Crolla showed a ton of heart in this fight.  He got up from the knockdown and really brought the fight to Linares, but Linares was just way too skilled for Crolla.  Final scores were 118-110 by all three judges.

This seems to setup a showdown between Mikey Garcia and Jorge Linares.
