Conor McGregor has been making the news a lot lately because he obtained a boxing license in California. However the UFC boss, Dana White, has been pretty clear on his stance.
"It ain't happening," White told Yahoo Sports.
Leonaerd Ellerbe also chimed in on the situation with McGregor. Ellerbe stated "This is the bottom line and that is that Conor McGregor is under contract with the UFC, period, point blank and he can't do anything on his own without the approval of Dana White and the brass at WME/IMG." Ellerbe also made a good point saying that McGregor is the face of the UFC and it would essentially destroy their brand if he loses big.
