Uzbekistan took home more medals in boxing than any other country. Uzbekistan won three gold, two silver, and two bronze medals for a total of seven. The second place team was Cuba. They took home three gold and three bronze for a total of six. Kazakhstan, France and Russia took home four medals each.
The French team was really impressive taking home four medals. They are doing something right with their boxing program. It's great to see improvement like that. I was impressed with all of their boxers.
