The IBF is true to their word when they talk about dropping pros who try out for the Olympics from their rankings.
Former IBF flyweight world champion Amnat Ruenroeng (17-1, 5 KOs), and former WBO interim middleweight champion Hassan N’Dam N’Jikam (33-2, 19 KOs), have been dropped from the IBF rankings. They will be removed for one year for violating IBF Rule 5 which reads:
“A Champion and Challenger must at all times set high ideals and act in a sportsmanlike manner. Any action by a Champion, Challenger promoter, manager or cornerman which reflects poorly on the IBF/USBA or the sport of boxing will subject the contestant to the imposition of discipline and penalties.”

Those two better win Gold or this will be all for nothing.
