Broner: I'm the only one with a chance to beat Mayweather

Former four division world champion Adrien Broner is still pushing to fight his former best friend, retired pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr.

The tensions between the two of them have been rising, one and off, since last year.
After their dispute seemed to be calming down, Broner released a "diss track" a few days ago, and the song too aim at Mayweather's TMT [The Money Team] brand.

Mayweather retired last September, but recently he's been teasing about the possibility of a comeback, for fight number 50, in the fall. In the last few weeks, Mayweather has been talking up a very unlikely fight with UFC world champion Conor McGregor.

"All bullsh*t aside, this the fight of boxing history! Point blank period. Y'all can say whatever y'all want about me losing to Shawn or Maidana, but a fully focused Adrien Broner will still be undefeated. I'm the only one in this boxing game that really has a chance to dethrone the king Floyd Mayweather. This ain't for show, this sh*t real," Broner told his social media followers.

"Records are made to be broken and as a competitor in this sport I need to put my skills to the test to be the best! F*** the payday I wanna learn from the situation to be the best I can be. Maybe we get in the ring and he kick my ass [and] then I will learn from that or maybe we get in the ring and its tit for tat, or maybe we get in the ring and I beat the sh*t out of Floyd? [I don't know] he never sparred me, he know I always wanted to get in the ring with him since I first met him. If you wanna see me do better and be at my best then teach me Floyd and I learn sh*t the physical way - so let's get down!"
