You'll have to wait a little longer to see Puerto Rican star Félix ‘El Diamante’ Verdejo. He was scheduled to fight on October 31 in Kissimmee, Florida, but he was having some issues with his left hand. His left hand had previously been surgically repaired. The WBO lightweight champion will have to wait to get back in the ring.
“I’m very sad about all this. I wanted to give back all the love the fans in Kissimmee have given me, with a good fight, but they deserve the best of me and in order to give my best inside the ring, I need to be 100% ready,” said Verdejo.
