Heavyweight Charles Ellis (10-3-1, 8 KOs) won a ten round unanimous decision over 46-year-old former multi-division world champion and future Hall of Famer James “Lights Out” Toney (76-10-3, 46 KOs) on Saturday night at the Chase Park Plaza Hotel in St. Louis. Scores were 99-91, 98-92 and 97-93. Toney lost the first five rounds on all three judges’ scorecards.
